13th ASEAN Gala Dinner 2007
The ASEAN Gala Dinner is a two-hour live show conceptualized to entertain ASEAN ministers and their partners while having dinner. The multimedia backdrop presentation is created to support the Singapore Pop Orchestra and some of Singapore’s finest performing artists, like the Vocaluptuous, who participated in the show.

Tasks Involved:
- Gather data, pictures and content to be used
- Attend production meetings and dress rehearsals
- Design around 18 different multimedia concepts, one for each song performed
- Animate the design concepts in Flash and Watchout
- Manage 2 freelance staff support
- Revise some content when needed
- Test and run the program onsite
Software used: Adobe Photoshop CS3, Illustrator CS3, Adobe Acrobat Professional 7.0, Macromedia Flash MX, MS Office, WatchOut, TMPEG
